Stuff To Scrap Birthday

There is so much going on this weekend that it took some time to compile all the information but now is the time to sit back, relax & see what's going on over at Stuff to Scrap!
It's Stuff to Scrap's 4th birthday & the celebration has started already over in the forum. You'll find lots of fun challenges, special events & a ton of freebies; click here or on the flyer to head to the birthday section for all the fun.

Scrapping fun can be found with some special challenges over in the Birthday Celebration section of the forum!
Start your scrapping with the 2013 Birthday Celebration Progressive Scrap hosted by Stephanie of DoubleTrouble Scraps. Starting Saturday, May 4th, one step will be posted in the thread each day; everyone who finishes & uploads their layout to the thread by Saturday, May 11th at 11:59 PM CST will get a prize.
Next, Shel of Shel Belle Scraps is hosting a 2013 Birthday Template Challenge, everyone who posts a layout in the thread by Saturday, May 11th at 11:59 PM CST will be entered into a drawing to win a gift certificate to Shel's store.
Our last challenge is a Birthday Song Lyric Challenge hosted by Tracy of Growing Pains Scrapped; all you need to do is use part (or all!) of the song Birthday by The Beatles somewhere on your layout. Everyone who participates will get a free mini birthday kit from me & one lucky scrapper will win a $10 coupon to Tracy's store.
In addition to our regularly scheduled speed scraps, there will be a Birthday Speed Scrap hosted by Natasha of Ponytails Designs on Thursday, May 9th at 6 PM PT, 7 PM MT, 8 PM CT, 9 PM ET over in the Birthday Celebration section of the forum & chat room. New CU

I have a bunch of fun new CU products in the store that you  need to check out if you haven't yet - I have found as a designer that I LOVE shapes and styles - it allows me to give my kits a unique look that doesn't look like everyone else's stuff - but still with ease - so that is what this is.

Tabbed is a fun set of tab shapes - clip papers and embellishments to create fun and cute tabs for your scrap kits or layouts!  

My Sequin Brushes are a fun set of dynamic brushes - these make great scatters and I've included both the single sequin brush and a scattering brush - create fun sequins in fun shapes and great scatters with ease!  These work especially well with the plastic styles - make your scatter and add the smallest plastic style for a great little scatter!

Splatters - these fun messy splatters just need a fun style to make them a great element in a kit - the plastic styles also work great for this!  

Speech Bubbles are a fun element to add to your kit or layout!  There are all sorts of ways to have fun with these!  I have made them large to add versatility - use them for a journaling element in a kit or as part of another element - just add paper or a style for a great, unique element! 

Bordering on Bubbles is a fun set of borders -these are great for so many things - add these as a fun border in your scrap kits or grab the set for using on your layouts - so many fun bubbly borders! 

Finally - my new favorite set of styles!!  These plastic styles come in 4 different sizes - for small - large elements - it also comes with the same styles that are darkened around the outside for a slightly different look - but the best part about these styles is that they are TRANSPARENT!  which means that you add them to ANYTHING - a shape, a doodle, a frame, whatever - and the color or picture of the item shows through - add some realistic depth to your elements with this fun set of styles!

Thailand

I've got a new kit out called Thailand - This kit had a few sources of inspiration - I have been thinking about doing something like this for a long time - My dad lived in Thailand for a few years before he was married and had kids.  And I have many memories of him showing us slide shows of his time in Thailand.  :)  My in-laws are also living there now on a mission for our church, and while I was browsing the "Make Me That thread at the STS forum - i saw a forum member looking for a Thailand kit - so the stars aligned and this kit came into being :P
