Ok - so I usually stick to scrapping stuff here, however many of you are moms and grandmas and we got this book for Christmas and it's hilarious. It's a kids book called "Skippyjon Jones" by Judy Schachner. My grandma picked it out for the kids and they just LOVE it - and I don't even mind having to read it 5 times a day.
The book is about a kitten with an overactive imagination who imagines that he is a chihuahua who goes to Mexico to save "Los Chimicgangos" from the great "Bumbleeto"
Go check it out at your library!

Adam LOVES Skippy. He got Skippyjonjones and the Dog House for Christmas and we've seriously listened to the CD of the story a hundred times. He loves the little songs and "mommy can't read them right"
Thanks for the book idea. I am always looking for new books for my grandchildren. We went to Mexico last winter so they will love that part of it. Will have to check it out.

I love the entire series! what an awesome read for the kids.
Yes my grandkids have all of the Skippy books and look forward to the next one eagerly,Ann
OMG, this sounds great! I've never heard of it before, but am off to request it at our library!
I LOVE this book! Not just the book itself, but the name. It just rolls off the tongue - Amaria wanted to name our cat that (but it was my other daughter's cat, all black, so of course she named it Snowball instead haha)
We loved this book, too. Can't even count the number of times we checked it out of the library.
Okay, we did get it from the library and my husband read it through for the first time last night and his only comment was, "Um, wow." LOL!
