My First Tutorial

So tonight I have the tutorial that was overwhelmingly voted for. Out of the 4 options, a tutorial on creating torn paper was by far the winner. I will warn you that this is a long tutorial. Partially because I am a bit long winded, but mostly because I go into a lot of detail. Hopefully this tutorial is detailed enough for the photoshop newbie, but also provides some ideas for the more advanced users. The tutorial is interspersed with screen shots to help explain. I have included the two examples that I created while doing the tutorial in the zip document. This heart is one of the examples found in the file. Anyway, leave some love and if you have any feed back on my tutorial, please leave that as well. (If it's negative, please be gentle!!! ) :)

Wow!!! Thanks so much for taking the time to create such an awesome tutorial, and thanks also for putting it in a downloadable zip format - most bloggers just post the tuts on their blogs and you have to copy and paste into a Word doc and then save and sometimes it won't paste correctly and you have to spend so much time messing with it.

Hello Deanna
Just a general question...can you only create the bits n pieces for a scrapkit in Photoshop? Is it not possible to do in PSP or is Photoshop everyones' favourite for some reason? I would love to have a go one day. At present I only do tags and Incredimail stationerys.
Thanks a lot Deanna

Thank you so much for sharing this. And thanks for doing it in .zip format--so much easier that way!
